Villa Maria B&B - Bed and Breakfast is historical house built in the late 1800s and was refurbished in 2017, trying to maintain its’ historical charm. In the past it was used as an inn and lodge, keeping to tradition it offers rooms and breakfast.

Villa Maria is at Medveja a little fishermans port, today it's a famous destination for tourists, 2.8 km distance from the historical centre of Lovran. Inland you can find the Mt. Ucka National Park (1396m) easily reachable by trekking and bicycle paths sorrounded by nature.

The building is close to a white pebbled beach, which has a water park, pedal boat rental, jet skis, various types of sunbeds and bars and restaurants.
